MCSA stands for Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate. It was a certification program offered by Microsoft that validated an individual's skills and knowledge in using Microsoft technologies and products. However, as of January 31, 2021, Microsoft retired the MCSA certification program along with other Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certifications.
The MCSA certifications covered various technology tracks, such as Windows Server, SQL Server, Office 365, and more. Each track consisted of multiple exams that candidates needed to pass in order to earn the MCSA certification in their chosen area of expertise.
